Worth the try. I hope it holds up, and I will update if I experience anything regarding that. I bought two, one for myself and one for my husband. We are heavy folks, and this is rated to 330 lbs (some color options are rated to 400 lbs). This in not person weight only, but it also takes in force of sitting down, as well as gear in the bag and on person. I like the variety of colors, the generous shoulder straps, the fairly comfortable bench seat (really quite nice for something that is part of a bag), the reflective strip, the spacious cooler, the zip pocket, water bottle holder, and the fact that the frame is nonobtrusive. It does not feel awkward at all to walk with this on as a backpack. Take note of the legs. Had this been a four-corner leg frame (like a chair), then the weight would likely push them into the ground. Instead, these are rounded and in one full piece, so the weight is distributed more evenly. Feel light, not at all heavy. Good detail. He had already used his several times for hunting with no complaints. Not really sure if he used it as a bag or cooler, but he definitely used it as a stool. I haven't used mine yet other than to try it on. I will be keeping it in my car. I tend to go for hikes, and I like the option of having a bag-stool-cooler combo. Also, I like to have extra stuff in my car for emergencies and such. Also works nice for impromptu outdoor gatherings at friends houses. Got myself a seat no matter where I go.

I am so thrilled with this stool. I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. It is high enough that I can get up easily and it’s pretty comfortable with a small cushion on top. I like to take my dog to the beach and it’s nice to have a chair to sit on while he plays. Plus it came the day after I ordered it! I am very pleased.

I just received it. Unboxed and I really like it. I adjusted the straps and put it on to see comfort level and it is very comfortable. The inside of cooler is very spacious to carry a packed meal. I'm so excited about this. It folds up and stores easily in my tiny vehicle. Seems to be made very well.

Bought this for my daughter to use for archery. We love it, its sturdy, light weight, easy to carry. She puts in her snacks, some drinks, binoculars, a small towel, bug spray and a few other odds and ends. She carries it easily. It's comfortable to sit on and works great. She's had it for about a month now and we wish we had seen these sooner. Its still in great shape too.
