These inserts are lifesavers, for both myself and my daughter. Made of pliable, durable silicone rubber, with a perfect arch support and metatarsal support, they fit in athletic shoes & support walking, tennis, work in retail store (always on my feet). I have had seriously painful plantar fasciitis for about 6 years now. I been doing all exercises and icing and buying expensive insole to try and eliviate the pain, and only got minimal relief. I was told to try these that and her plantar fasciitis went completely away. So I have been wearing them for about 2 months now , and I can honestly say, they are amazing! My feet are starting to feel a lot better! I still have pain but it is slowly getting less and less painful , still can't go barefoot, keep icing and the exercises to stretch the tendons.
